There are no fees associated with attending an auction. However, if you would like to bid on items during the auction, Daily Auctioneers requires that you register to receive a bidder number.
First, you must register. Registration is done during preview times that are generally 2 hours before the auction starts. Once registered, as the auctioneer is calling bids, you simply raise your hand or bid card when you wish to bid the amount being requested by the auctioneer. If you are the winning bidder, hold your bid card up high so your number can be recorded by the auction clerk.
The sale price depends on a number of factors, the item, condition, appeal to buyers and uniqueness of the item. Prices bid are also often affected by the number of people interested in and bidding on a specific item.
Is there a warranty on items purchased through an auction?
There are no warranties or guarantees on items sold through auction. All items are sold "As Is", Where Is". In certain situations, there may be exceptions where the winning bidder may be afforded a few minutes to plug-in an item to see if it works, or there is a warranty that is transferable on vehicles, etc. Neither Daily Auctioneers nor the sellers offer any warranty or guarantees.
Can I pay for my items before the auction is over?
You may pay as soon as you as bidding for an item has concluded. When paying for an item, we ask that you please allow at least fifteen minutes from the time of your last winning bid on an item for the clerking sheet to make it to the cashier.
What method of payment does Daily Auctioneers accept?
Payment is accepted in cash, wire transfer, cashiers check or business check with a bank letter of credit that guarantees funds to Daily Auctioneers for thirty days after sale.
