#1 Everyone attending this sale or bidding at this sale agrees that they have read the terms of this sale and agree to be bound to these terms and conditions.

#2 All payments must be made by the end of the sale. Acceptable methods of payment are cash, wire transfer, Cashiers check.  Business or personal checks must be accompanied by a bank letter of credit that guarantees funds to Daily Auctioneers for thirty days after sale.

#3 All bidders must provide drivers license at registration in order to bid.

#4 All items must be removed no later than the time stated in the catalog or announced at the sale. All items are sold “as is where is”. Removal of all items shall be at the expense and liability of the buyer. All removal shall be done in a professional manner. No item is allowed to be removed during the sale! No item will be released without a paid receipt.

#5 All items are sold as “as-is were-is”. You are buying all items based on your own judgment and inspection. The auctioneer and auction company makes no warranty of authenticity or description of items sold.

#6 The auctioneer shall not be liable for non-delivery of items sold other than to return to the buyer the deposit of non–delivered item.

#7 If the buyer is unable to pay the bill within the specified time the auctioneer may keep all money on deposit and the item may be resold and the difference being the sole responsibility of the defaulting purchaser.
 
#8 Neither the auctioneer or their principal shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held . Persons attending any activity related to the auction (exhibition, sale, removal, etc.) assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and properity.  Attendees specifically release the Auctioneer from liability therefor.

#9 The auctioneer reserves the right to add lots together or to break the lots up into smaller groups. The auctioneer also reserves the right to sell items out of order.

#10 The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

#11 The auctioneer shall have the right to bid for the seller on items that have a reserve.

#12 The auctioneer may charge a buyers premium.

#13 All items that are shipped must be shipped in compliance with state and federal laws.

#14 Before items are loaded with any type of machinery, you must provide to the auction company and the seller an acceptable certificate of insurance.

#15 The auction company is not responsible for any taxes or any other fees the buyer owes on items bought at auction.

#16 The auction company may announce other terms at the sale that may override these terms.

#17 Buyers may be have to pay taxes unless a exemption certificate is presented at the time of the sale.

#18 The records of the auction company shall be final in the case of any dispute.

#19 The auctioneer shall in no way be responsible for acts of its principals.

#20 All information about the items sold at auction is believed to have come from a reliable source but is not in any way guaranteed.

All Bidders and other persons attending this sale agree that they have read and have full knowledge of these terms and agree to be bound thereby.
